Murray Resources, a leading Houston recruiting firm and staffing agency, will be hosting its next “Hot Topics in HR” event on Friday, February 27th, 2015.
The focus of the breakfast event will be on ‘Tribal Leadership: Because Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast’ – presented by Mark Taylor, New York-based speaker, author, and Vistage Chair.
Mark’s presentation, entitled, ‘Tribal Leadership: Because Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast’, is highly interactive. Tribes can make or break your organization’s success. Tribes operate at different cultural stages, which can positively or negatively impact your results as an organization. Effective tribes perform at rates 3 to 5 times greater than ineffective tribes.
The breakfast event will be held at The Junior League of Houston’s Tea Room from 7:30am to 9:30am on Friday, February 27th, 2015.
