Fallout from oil job losses is starting to reach other sectors

Job growth slows as other sectors post declines.

The Houston economy added 4,800 jobs in November, a relatively paltry number that puts the region on pace to create less than a fourth of the jobs this year as it did in 2014, when oil prices were just beginning to slump and energy companies were scrambling for workers.
